Gift Cards
Physical gift cards in a smart branded box can now be purchased online and in any ME+EM store (excluding concessions).
These can be redeemed online at meandem.com, as well as in our stores (excluding concessions). With monthly new arrivals to explore and personal shopping appointments available with our stylists, a ME+EM Gift Card is the ideal indulgence for a loved one.

Terms & Conditions
+ Gift cards are only redeemable online and in Me and Em Ltd stores.
+ Gift cards cannot be redeemed in Me and Em Ltd Selfridges or Harrods concessions.
+ Unused gift cards can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase by calling our Customer Care team on 03456 800 975 or emailing enquiries@meandem.com.
+ Products purchased with gift cards are not available for cash refunds.
+ Promotional codes or discounts cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
+ Gift cards expire 12 months from the day after the dispatch date for physical gift cards bought online, and 12 months from the date the email is sent for e-gift cards. Physical gift cards purchased in store expire 12 months from the date of purchase. If the gift card is not used within this time, then the card will automatically expire and the balance on the gift card will be forfeited.
+ When redeeming a gift card, the value of the purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. If you part pay using a gift card, the full amount will be taken from the gift card and the remaining amount from the alternative method of payment.
+ Me and Em Ltd gift cards are equivalent to cash, and like cash, if lost, stolen or damaged cannot be replaced.
+ These rules apply to both digital and physical gift cards bought in store or online.
