Our Natural Environment
We’re not only aware of our working environment but our natural one too. Sustainability has become an ever-increasing concern in fashion, which is why we’re working hard to reduce our impact on the environment, from sourcing fabrics in the same country a garment is made to reduce transport, to swapping traditional production methods for ones that use less water and favouring more eco-conscious fabrics.

Meet Our Founder
Frustrated by how hard it was to find flattering, beautifully-made clothes that didn’t come with an extortionate price tag, Clare Hornby launched ME+EM in 2009 to offer the same luxury quality at a fair price. Starting with a pair of Palazzo Pants (that continue to be a best-seller to this day), she began to build each collection with our talented design team, introducing tailored separates, flattering dresses, and wardrobe basics featuring intelligent design details - such as practical pockets and adjustable waists - that became ME+EM codes. Today, our monthly edits are filled with effortless outfit building blocks that flatter and function, forever.
